Banished there after she took the souls of her parents, she’s not evil per se, she just keeps the cicle of life, even if to do so she had to slay her own parents. Celestia and Luna never forgave her, even after eons of their demise and refuse to acknowledge her very existance. Still she keeps protecting her sisters, breathing life into them with each assasination attemp or war the two sisters had to pass through. While stoic, cold and sometimes emotionless when dealing with her sisters, she does love them very much and love too each and every pony she meets, considering them her subjects as much as they are her sisters’.
