Traveling through the barren outskirts of their creator’s mind, they must work together to find their way back to whatever kind of civilization he’s created.
 
 
SYNOPSIS (Spoilers):
 
The story begins as it hard cuts to Darksoma and a mare named Lock running through a pulsing dark corridor, panting and checking behind them, only seeing shadows dance across the bright light behind them. As they keep running though, that light would slowly fade away and they’d suddenly be transported to a wide open area, devoid of anything and almost pitch black, the corridor closing completely behind them.
 
Now stranded, Lock and Darksoma begin talking about their situation and wondering what they should do now through heavy breathing before Darksoma says that being where they are can be considered a death sentence and if they want to survive, they should keep moving or at least find shelter.
 
Lock, after they start heading in a random direction, tries to get Darksoma to tell her where they are, pushing to get some kind of answer, only for Darksoma to tell her it’s best she doesn’t know. As they wander through, a town bathed in dim light appears from out of the darkness. Curious and in need of shelter, they approach the town, slowly noticing that more than half of the buildings are painted over with colorful paint and strange drawings— empty paint buckets sitting by each building.
 
Noticing that isn’t their normal colors, Darksoma and Lock begin slowly searching through the town together, being cautious as they do.
 
Eventually, after an hour of searching, they decide to take refuge for the night, pushing their way into one of the many abandoned houses and starting a fire to keep warm.
