The twist is that Fluttershy actually volunteered for the “Worst Pony” spoiler image because she couldn’t bear the thought of any other pony volunteering, since she considers all ponies awesome ponies.
 
Why does she look so sad? Oh, that’s because the picture was taken just after we said that she could have just let of use a picture of Angel Bunny. She literally lowered her head in shame due to his well-known bad attitude.
 
Then she apologized for whatever it was Angel had done… this time.
