Original Description:

I present a series of ref sheets I commed with my friend, Fireheart, for the human version of my bat pone! I wanted to do a little bit of a different origin story for the human version of my bat so I could have some more unique interactions in my writing between her and other characters in universe. So, I figured a good way to do that was to make her an only child and change up her personality a bit, and alsoto remove the tough guard exterior. The result was this adorable lady!

So while the mirror version of my bat pone is https://derpibooru.org/images/3061930?q=oc%3Aguard+cobalt+flash, this is a concept of “differences” in the human world, kind of like how Twilight didn’t know her friends until much, much later than her equine counterpart! It is my intention at somepoint to have the pony version of her created as well, as a what if? if she traveled the opposite way through the magic mirror.

Below are just some extra details on Cobalt’s change in story, something I hope to write about at some point.

Cobalt Breeze is an only child from a mango farming family in Fruity Fields. Since she is an only child, her family were very protective, and so she is very shy and gentle. She runs her families mango stand in Lum, and it is here she was noticed by the prince and taken into his service.

Cobalt Breeze is very shy and easily embarrassed. She is sheltered and gentle, but loves to give a helping hand whenever she can. She’s an extremely capable farmer and knows how to haggle, and absolutely adores working as a castle nurse, treating the injuries of the various guards in the castle.

Pictured here is her primary uniforms, cause while she does perform functions as a nurse, she usually runs her family’s mango stand! The right uniform with the apron is what she wears on duty in Lum!
