Do I Know You?

I have seen a lot of headcanons in the past about how Sunset Shimmer and Sunburst are related. I see why lot of people have it (not just because the similar color scheme and names), especially as Jim, when asked the posibility of that, said it’s unknown. Soooooo, I’m also going to runaway with that idea too.

In my version Sunset is Sunburst’s cousin, on his fatherline. They weren’t close, maybe they met when they were really young. Sunburst only heard about her, when his father talked about how she got into the School for Gifted Unicorns and became Princess Celestia’s personal student, ect. However, one day he stopped mentioning her for some reason. Sunburst never thought about why is that.

So yeah, if they met, they probably wouldn’t realize whose the other one, tho they might look familiar to each other.
