“Listen friend, I know you’re too proud to admit it to anypony, but I also know that look you’ve been wearing for the last couple of weeks too. Repressed sadness, bitterness, loss, and depression. A little bird told me what happened, and im sorry to hear that it didn’t work out. Heck, I know I don’t look or sound like it, but I’ve been there, and I know how it feels all too well.”
“Now, you don’t have to say yes straight away, but Fluttershy and I are having a little picnic dinner together on Friday evening, and I think it would be wonderful if you would join us- just as something to help break up the vicious routine you’re stuck in right now. If you do want to come with us, let me know what you want, and I’ll pick it up for you, it would be my treat for the one that I consider to be my dearest friend.”
“Again, there’s no pressure involved, and nopony would be upset with you if you decided against it. Give me a call before Friday and keep me posted. Heck, give me a call if you need somepony to talk or vent to, the offer’s always open to you!”

Hey everyone,
The Songbird returns again and is being an absolute sweetheart again, as is her nature. This is precisely who she is; kind, loving, and supportive of those she cares about - ever ready to burst into song to express herself and her love for her friends.
And to answer the inevitable question: Yes, Fieldfare knows Fluttershy well. In my AU, Fieldfare works at Fluttershy’s animal sanctuary as a veterinary technician, so the pair have become close friends and colleagues. Fluttershy sees her as a protege of sorts and has metaphorically taken her under her wing.
I have come to really enjoy doing depictions of Fieldfare, the soft colour palette just relaxes me and I keep finding myself just looking at her, as if looking for something that I just can’t put my finger on. It seems weird to me, but there you go.
