Description
A quick little recolor I made of a screenshot, recoloring Autumn Blaze as Twilight and Applejack as Acres (RIP), to celebrate my impending eligibility for the ‘Chatty Kirin’ badge.

Having Acres come back is my preferred solution. I think we can all agree by now that he was unfairly targeted and dunked on, and didn’t deserve what he got.
I’m pretty sure, if someone wants to be a mod, the team could verify that the person or user visits the site often enough or not using IP addresses or just login sessions.
Wasn’t even you, just that anon that keeps posting about the Pony Milking Game, the weird unhinged anon screaming racist epithets all the time…and Urban of course. XP
I’m not saying that the people who post the most should become mods. I’m trying to say that people who come here often and actually do stuff are going to get noticed by the staff.
Edited
Thing is, those same people post a lot of inane shit. I check up on this site every day, yet by the criteria you used I couldn’t qualify to be a mod because I don’t drivel on in the comments enough for your standards.
>Be me
>Not know that there’s a Discord server until now
>Then remember that very old direct message about said Discord server
>Blame society because that what every seems to do these days
>Do not join server
>Forget about server
>Be shocked in two year’s time at the revelation of the Discord server’s existence
I think the best credentials you could have around here is just to make yourself known by posting stuff and talking to people on a regular basis. There’s a small core of around 2 or 3 dozen users who make almost all of the posts on the forums and the Discord server, so unless the admins want to being in people from the outside, future mods will probably be recruited from the celebrities of the community.
You’re probably right. I was thinking of resumes in terms of people harvesting useless credentials for job applications; it was meant mainly for the purpose of self-deprecation. In any case, I don’t have the credentials or the connections, so you probably won’t find me moderating this site any time soon.
Do you really need a resume? I thought it was mostly about knowing the right people.
Aww, you kept it.
Yeah, for good reason. Might as well make The Smiling Pony a mod as do that.
I see. Though there seem to be a lot of people here who don’t want him to be a mod, so I don’t think him not wanting the job is really a bad thing. There are other people who are here (almost) as often has him.
I completely messed up my previous comment, I meant to say:
When I sarcastically suggested he be made a mod on another thread he said he wasn’t interested.
Edited
Yeah, but UrbanMysticDee just would accept the job.
Yeah, the site really does need more mods.
Acres: nonononononononononononono…
Because “Applejack” is supposed to be this guy
I don’t know. Maybe because I did him first and then learned from my mistakes when I did Twilight?
Edited
It was for dramatic effect. I don’t know what they’re doing now, but I’m 99% sure they just quit the fandom because of the scandal.
Are they actually dead, or did you just put that RIP in for dramatic effect, because it’s hard to tell on the internet anymore and I haven’t heard a peep from either of them since their departure. >.<
I know I have no reason to think either of you are ever going to read this, but on the off chance that you ever do…please come back, we miss you.
I miss them too. I just wanted a kirinized Twilight and thought that editing this image would be funny.
