I normally don’t do something like this, but I decided I would do some alternate costumes for Applejack with seven each. Here’s everything shown below with a description given for each alternate costume:

Alternate costume #1: Resembles Pear Butter

Alternate costume #2: Resembles Apple Bloom. The color of the hat also changes to resemble Apple Bloom’s bow.

Alternate costume #3: Resembles Big Macintosh.

Alternate costume #4: Resembles Mean Applejack. Applejack retains her cutie mark to differentiate herself from her mean counterpart.

Alternate costume #5: Resembles Apple Rose. The color of the hat also changes to resembles Apple Rose’s bow.

Alternate costume #6: Resembles Apple Split. The freckles are in a different color.

Alternate costume #7: Resembles Goldie Delicious’ appearance when she was younger. The color of the hat also changes to resembles Goldie Delicious’ bows during her younger days.

I kept Applejack’s eye color for her alternate costumes to avoid confusion.

You decide whether the “palette swap” and “recolor” tags are applicable for this image or not because the eyes are the same for Applejack’s regular color and her alternate costumes. The former tag is not added for this image, however.
