Though the citizens of Equestria are given the impression that her and the other pair of fully-grown alicorns are right beneath Doctor Jack in authority, befitting their former royal status… they are in fact mere figureheads, openly acknowledged within the Clinic as nothing but lowly nurse sluts~ Very useful ones however, especially Nurse Luna, as you can probably imagine with her showing off what she can do for us.
