Hey guys,
another traditional illustration is finished that should have been done a long time ago. The lineart was sitting in my sketch book for quite a while, many months maybe and finally it’s been coloured in!
With Brushmarkers and Coloured Pencils, I wanted to draw this cute and colourful image of Trixie Lulamoon looking up to her father Jack Pot as a filly and being impressed by his magic tricks. I can imagine her not having spent much time with her father as he was always busy with his profession, but the things she saw of and in him really inspired her - even if it might be subconciously.
I wasn’t too happy with the lineart to be honest, which is the reason why I took so long to tackle this project again, but in the end I’m glad I did pick it up and finished it! It turned out better than I expected and I’m happy with the result^^ I especially like the way I captured Jackpot! The colours for his magic were a bit hard to apply but I tried here. Hopefully you can still enjoy the piece!
