Original Description:

Planet Tartarus, Australia of the Crusader State. Not because of the climate or the monsterous animals, but for being created as a Prison Colony. Still in the modern day, former convicts who took their sentence in the planet make up most of its population, while it still continues its job as the largest rehabitation center in the Crusader State.

Here we see 2 Sombras that made the planet their home. Officer Sombra works at Tartarus City Police Station, he often gets new convicts to settle down in the city. The Umbra that is known locally under the name Wither Rose works at city’s registery office, handling the records of new creatures coming to the planet.

I had this idea of Planet Tartarus for a long while, but i never gotten around to talk to Truffle about it, it never came up in the other attempts at writing i did. I decided to directly mention it today, and he did drawings of some characters i mentioned. So here are 2 of them.
