I found these Chinese MLP cards on Aliexpress & Taobao and my order finally came. Will be scanning and uploading them as I go.
 
This is card YH-F01-004. I suspect the “R” in the top right means “rare”, although this is silly as every pack has four of these “rare” cards guaranteed.
