Original Description:
When Princess Celestia and Princess Luna returned to Canterlot from their vacationary trip, they let out a long sigh of relief as they levitated the saddle bags full of their spoils to the floor of the castle throne-room. Even though the trip was bumpy at parts with them fighting over what to do, they still enjoyed their little trip from being royals.
“Wow,” Celestia let out as she stretched her back upwards “That has been one of the most exciting vacations we ever went on. Just look at all the stuff we got from our trip!” Luna couldn’t help but smile as she levitated the patched checklist to her face “Indeed sister, I can’t even remember having any fun like that at all. I even…heehee bought some stamps and a stamp collection book.” Once she had levitated the stamp book from her overflowing saddlebag, a blue bottle rolled out clinking on the quartz floor “Huh? Oh! Or even the time where we got those lovely drinks in Saddle Arabia!….strange, there’s something written on the bottom.” Celestia perked her gaze towards her sister and would levitate her own bottle to her gaze “Maybe ‘Made in Saddle Arabia’?” As both sisters tried to understand the small print etched into the bottles, they resorted to using a magnifying glass to read the inscription:
Luna- “ ‘Through the Sands of time have blown you here, Stories wait for waiting ear’…”
Celestia- “…‘Endure the heat through thin and brink, Have a nice refreshing drink’…”
Both- “ ‘You may enjoy something worth more than sand, if wishing is more than a command’ “
At that very instant a blinding flash enveloped both sisters as they felt their very beings dissolved and formless as both vanished within their designated bottles. Time passed slowly as the guards and Canterlot Delegation entered the throne room perplexed as they found it empty. But with one stumbling hoof of a guardspony, the two bottles ignited with sparks of Day and Night materializing the princesses within view
“We are the Royal Sisters of the bottles….how may we serve thee?”
The culmination of my ultimate goal for these two: first drawing the basics down and then putting them together in a picture background around what :iconhachimitsu-ink: would do to their pictures of sorts. I might have emulated Hachi in this one but I am not certain if I actually struck gold with how I did it. But anyway, it’s still a good piece. The basis on the magical bottles deal was something that I caught up on Power Ponies when the mane 7 enter a magical Power Ponies Comic Book that Spike got from a Canterlot bookstore. So now I have a Saddle Arabian drink shop that sells drinks in custom magic bottles for individual ponies. And yeah the bottles are Drink, dish washer, microwave, oven, and shatter safe. u
