“Jade! Lookit what I found! Ain’t it purty!,” Val gasped in naive awe.  
Jade smiled and blushed to see her so fascinated by such a rough gemstone.  
Frankly, something that Jade too geeks over, though she has already seen hundreds of sparkly gems alike in her short life. Suddenly, a little flutter in her heart happened as it brought butterflies to her stomach. This moment ignited something in her, something so sweet and delicate, love. The feeling was so overwhelming that she couldn’t help but say, “Well, not as pretty as you…”.  
Of course the flattering comment went over Val’s head, yet she replied with, “Aww, thank you Jade! You’re purty too!”.  
 
 
And this is the day when Jade (Onyx) began to “love” Val. Eventually, this love would become an obsession. An obsession that would only grow into greed and envy of others who Val befriends, especially towards a certain pegasus Dove. Dove may look like an innocent pure angel, but she’s more of a devil than you think…but I’ll save that for later… Jade loves her Valentine, and will eternally.

Anyways, again, nothing much! Sorry if some of these posts are getting a little lackluster in terms of storytelling. But I assure you things will get better!^^ And also, if I’m being honest, I don’t want to info dump y’all on every submission I post. There were certain times I felt bad for having y’all read all the word vomit I had written ;w;. I’m just gonna start making things a bit more straightforward than too complex or overly written. XP.
