bug fixes… alot
healing positions make you really thirsty.
alicorns (super mutants replacer) are now super powerful and WIll require big weapons and drugs to kill. (god forbid you encounter a empress (a behemoth))
nuka world (sparkle world) companion fixes

perk tree overhaul (might need to start a new game)
