Applejack had to go to the bathroom but Rarity made her stand in the cold until the other girls showed up to try their new outfits. Applejack ended up peeing herself. But the warmth spreading through her shorts and flowing down her legs felt nice.
 
She’s not really embarrassed either - Rarity’s wet herself many times before, plus she thinks Applejack looks kind of cute doing it, and Applejack feels the same way about her. I’m sure when this is over Rarity will give her a nice warm bubble bath in her wet shorts, maybe even join in after changing into her original dress (which she doesn’t seem to wear out anymore), and they’ll both enjoy it.
