I’ll do a more detailed background for him soon, but the short version is he was abandoned as a foal on the doorstep of an orphanage in Manehatten, and spent his time there doing everything he could to help the other orphans be happy. He was turned out of the orphanage the day he got his cutie mark, and since then has been wandering Equestria, trying to spread love and care to everycreature he meets. As of yet, he still doesn’t know who his parents are. Life is tough for him, but he’s mostly happy.
