First we have the Pears, Grand Pear and his twin sister Cinnamon Pear inherited the pear farm when their father died, Grand Pear married Sweet Spice (my headcanon for Pear Butter’s mom) and brought her little brother Oak Nut to the farm. A lot of years went by before they had little Pear Butter, and both of her parents were so happy…but Sweet Spice got very sick after her daughter was born, and passed away when she was only 4. This is why Grand Pear became so overprotective of Pear Butter.
 
Then we have the Apples, Annie Marie Smith wasn’t the biggest or the strongest of her siblings, but she had the attitude and she ended up being the matriarch of the family. She was a heartbreaker too, so it took everyone by surprise when she married the scrawny and shy Alcahazar Water, he came from a wealthy family, they loved each other a lot and had Moseley Orange, but not long after Al got sick and died. Annie was devastated but at least the she had her son with her, but his family took him with them to raise him in Manehattan. She met her second husband, Barrel Cactus when she went with Apple Rose to Appleloosa, he was a lot older than her, but they began courting anyway. She had Apple Cobbler (far right, she is the mother of Braeburn and moved to Appleloosa after her father death), Apple Brown Betty and Bright McIntosh. Bright was born when she was in her early 50’s, so it was a big surprise for everyone. Cactus passed away from natural causes when Bright Mac was 3.
