The biggest thing I didn’t expect out of this comic was the somewhat closer than usual rapport between Twilight and Pinkie. Maybe deep down I’ve been TwiPie shipping trash all along? …Nah.

Pinkie Pie: Ooh, me next! I promise it’ll be real quick! Sooooooooo I wanted the curse I was gonna get to be weird and fun and kinda absurd, right? But instead of absurd and funny, it turned out absurd and tragic and depressing. I could see it in the look on your face! I have never in my life ever had a gag go over that poorly! Fall flat, sure, but depress? I couldn’t even imagine it! Soooo I kinda doubled down. Hoping that if I kept it up long enough, it’d loop back around to being funny! I realized way too late that it wasn’t going to work. Didn’t even want to admit it to myself! CAN YOU EVER FORGIVE ME?!
