The power couple of the famous/popularity class. Long story short, Spike befriended Haze when they were kids, always helping her because of her shyness(and her blindness) around her friends, they became good friends. After she left with her group Spike hoped he would see them again, he had a certain connection with the blind pony, but couldn’t figure it out. Many many years later, Spike got older, became more independent(and other things), he couldn’t handle the fact that he wasn’t exactly “royal” or in any case being in Twilight’s shadow. Twi allowing his decision to leave the castle to find his own purpose in life amongst the ponies, so he went and began his journey. After a few adventures here and there, Spike was in Canterlot, and that’s where he finds his “purpose”. He wondered a little until he noticed billboards and magazines and newspapers talking about a mare who’s slowly but surely climbing the ranks of popularity. Spike read one and noticed something familiar about the mare, after reading a few paragraphs about the mare’s parents, disabilities and etc. Spike realized it was Haze, the blind Pegasus, blah blah blah made to her home and Haze was surprised he found her. After reuniting with an old friend, and telling each other there stories over some tea, Haze went and asked him if he ever had feelings for her, and he responded puzzled/buffled but said yes in an embarrassed way. Knowing the two got along quite nicely(and of course dem poperotsy) they finally fell in love and so became the famous couple of the generation. Of course Haze’s problems in her business has to come up, someone hired an assassin to kill her, of course somehow not knowing a dragon was sleeping in the bed with her, was murdered by the teeth of the dragon. Haze confessed to Spike about the specific problems she has with the other populars, angered by the fact that others try to kill her, Spike insisted that he not only be her lover but her protector, her “guardian angel”, her angel of death. Thus, the dragon and mare become the number one popular idols/couple, Haze: a super model, actress, singer, girlfriend, etc. and Spike: Boyfriend, number one’s sexiest dragon, role model(for both ponies and non ponies) and finally Haze’s personal assassin.
Yes I said, Spike is a very fast, very agile, very sneaky, assassin that takes out any of the competition that threatens and or attempts to kill Haze, all he needs is a scent and he’ll end a life for his mare.
