(For reference I personally think that a snake/naga whatever would be immune to their own powers. I think that others can hypnotize them, but it’s less effective than normal. and changes depending on the type of creature (Like lamia > naga > snake heh) and some jsut having more innate power than others. anywho more on that later.)
