Those who remember the epilogue of Gamma’s Magic may remember that Crydius and Tempest were discussing making their own “little devil”. Well, they did! Quite literally, I might add…  
I mean, most people (who aren’t drunk eggheads) want a kid they wait until they’re old enough to marry, buy a house, get settled, and make sure they’re ready for such a big change in their lives. These two on the other hand just decided to rely on some old uncanny gibberish from arguably dangerous books, pray to a couple of Chaos Gods and Great Ones, use arcane magic, and generally disregard the laws of nature.
