It was also the first time I’ve used my embroidery machine to make the eyes. It was quite a process digitizing and then fiddling with the positioning, size, thread density, etc. I have a lot of respect for people who are able to make much more complicated eyes! I am excited to keep learning more about this process and continuing to improve!
The wings, front legs, and tail are all wired. I thought I would doing some testing with this to try to preserve as much cuddly as I could while also getting good structural integrity. I managed to strike a good balance here. My cuddle tester agrees with me here!

I’m also working on a gryphon pattern slowly but steadily. I’ll post some WIPs here as soon as I’m able!

Also, shout out to Nazegoreng for her fantastic tutorials! I highly suggest checking them out as they both teach targeted plushing and general sewing skills in a practical, easy to understand way. I find them HUGELY helpful.
