AHAAAAA I’ve been sitting on this plot point for awhile.  
What happened to the Roseverse Draconequus race and Discord’s living relatives
 
Wicca Queen of Draconequus  
[The Grey one]  
Family: Titan [father]deceased, Hecate [mother]deceased, Discord [little brother] and Paraiba [adoptive daughter]

Bio:
 
Wicca is the eldest child of Titan and Hecate  
After her parents were killed by Windigos, a young Wicca of age 300 challenged the previous Queen of Draconequus for rule of the throne and won. Though justice was served, as she considered the previous Queen’s neglect to be the cause of her parents death, she had subjects to protect and a little brother to care for. Neither of these duties did she fulfill to her fullest.  
Her little brother was an outcast for possessing the strongest magic and he soon strayed from the clan in search of company. Though this is glazing over some mythos, Discord became a troublemaker and annoyance to the Pony kind and was sealed away in stone. Outraged by the damage Discord had made, a few ponies sought out as many Draconequus they could find and slaughtered them.  
Wicca was unprepared for this level of violence. In the ensuing battles she lost many friends and by the time Celestia and Luna had reigned in the vigilante ponies, the Draconequus kingdom was scattered.  
Defeated, Wicca fled to the badlands with the child of her late friend Ra.  
For centuries she’s hid in the shadows, until the friendship map summoned Fluttershy and the reformed Discord.
 
 
Paraiba  
Family: Ra [birth father] deceased, Aramid [birth mother] deceased, Wicca [adoptive mom]  
Voice: Airy Scottish Accent  
Bio:
 
For as long as Paraiba’s been alive she’s been hiding from ponies in a cave deep underground.  
As such she’s grown up bitter and antisocial.  
Her adoptive mother Wicca has gone slightly senile in the past hundred years and poor Paraiba has had to step up to the plate and protect them both.  
She’s built all manner of traps and planted magical surveillance spheres all over their home. While her pelt is vibrant and colourful she’s malformed and weak from a lack of sunlight.
 
Despite Wicca being more mentally unstable, Paraiba is far more animalistic and aggressive.
