Talents: She’s a highly experimental cook and a smooth talker.

Eye Colour: Prussian blue

Personality in general: loud, choleric, over-protective, over-bearing, intelligent  
Occupation:Manager and host of the “Bitten Apple”  
Talents: She’s good at calculating and knows all forms of etiquette, which is why she’s more able to engage in conversations with the higher society of Canterlot.  
Hobbies: A workaholic, but she’s good at the piano.
 
 
Biography: Descendants of the Orange Family in Manehattan, the three sisters were sent off very early in the Dark Age to their relatives in Ponyville. They spent their youth together with Apple Bloom and Big MacIntosh on Sweet Apple Acres (they never knew Granny Smith and did not encounter Applejack when they first moved there). While the oldest sister Manica would mostly look after the farm work, the middle sister Sanguina would usually run off on an outlandish scheme, dragging the youngest sister Sunstar with her. Consequently, their aunt always had a lot of trouble with them, but she knew deep down her heart, what intimate bond these very different girls shared, and she encouraged them to never stop looking after each other.  
But while the sisters enjoyed their days in Ponyville, the world outside of it grew more and more dangerous, and food got scarce very often. So when the three sisters were grown up, they decided to build up their own existence with a restaurant in the city of Canterlot.  
As the war went on, more and more ponys fell into desperation and seeked relief in alcohol. So “The Bitten Apple” became a night club for the lonely and depressed, who - late at night - wanted to find kind words, a warm meal or at least a liberating laughter for little bits. And the sisters happily provided it.  
But the daily stress did not go away trackless, for the kindest words and most laughter came from the youngest sister, Orange Sunstar, who gave it out too generously for her own good. She frequently became the target of reckless party ponys - mares as colts - who would take advantage of her soft heart and then would dump her as soon as she blacked out without paying the bill.  
Far too often Manica had scolded her for her impulsive decisions, but as guilty as Sunstar felt, she could not resist the sweet compliments and longing eyes she would usually experience. She saw no other way to survive in these dark and joyless days than with the short kick of kindness and love.  
That’s when a singer named Mincy entered her life…
