Emerald asks Joyride if she knows of a stream nearby where he can wash up.
 
“Well, you took a bath in the sea recently, wasn’t that enough? Besides, if you want to get clean I suggest you wait a little longer. We still have a day or two until we reach camp.” Joyride says as they walk.
 
Emerald has to admit that he thought the Zebralands would be more… Jungle. As far as he can see it’s plains and the occasional hill and/or mountain. It works out well for him though because he spots a bunch of wildflowers, and taking some up he fashions a flower crown for himself as they trot along.
 
Thinking that maybe they got some good treasure out of the pirates, Emerald asks Joyride if they got anything in their share that would make a good gift.
 
“Not really, it’s mostly coins.” She says, not looking at them in the eye, “I’m not going to break it out and sort it here though. Who knows where bandits might be lurking?”
 
“Hey, does that mean I get some money?” Ruby says, dancing around Joyride.
 
“I guess I could give you a small allowance.” Joyride says rolling her eyes, “It’s not like we’ll see anything for a while you can spend it on though.”
