The reference is a composite of two screenshots.
 
For color, averaged RGB24 sampling was done from a shot in Twilights library from the 1080p iTunes rip. She is likely a bit brighter here than in most other vectors.
 
UPDATE: I have updated the coloring, with which which my video card’s nonsensical default settings of course interfered.
 
Inspired by a discussion with liamwhite1 about his Inkscape palettes, I have also made a palette table for Maud Pie. This palette file can be used directly with Inkscape and presumably GIMP. The palette does not include her cutiemark because it is technically still unknown at this point (and can be referenced from Tom and other vectors easily).
