FACT:  
This is probably one of the lesser known voice performances of Matt Hill, among many others in his filmography.
 
Matt Hill (English voice actor of Soarin’ of the Wonderbolts) voiced Laocorn Gaudeamus, the main villain of Fatal Fury The Motion Picture, an animated film in 1994 based on the Fatal Fury video game series by SNK (later SNK PLAYMORE), with the character designs of the infamous Masami Ohbari, yes, that Masami Ohbari (Dangaioh, Iczer, Gravion, etc.; the rest is NSFW).
 
 
Note that this character (along with his 3 groupies) is exclusive to the 90 minute-long animated film, the third out of four OVAs from the Fatal Fury (or Garou Densetsu) franchise.
 
Watched the whole movie firsthand in the English voices with Brazilian Portuguese subtitles. I WAS NOT F**KING AROUND.
