I joined the #SixFanarts challenge on Twitter and these were some of the characters people requested! Sorry if I didn’t get to yours, but I was trying to do characters I don’t usually draw and didn’t want to do OC’s. Also tried to keep it one character per person.

1. Rainbow Dash EQG - I’ve drawn her a lot but it’s OddEyesDragoon’s favorite so of course I had to do it! Was a little tired of her usual hair so I went with a cute ponytail like in Spring Breakdown.
2. Feather Bangs EQG - this one was a surprise! Apparently he shows up on a magazine cover in Forgotten Friendship that Pinkie is reading.
3. Tempest! I’ve wanted to draw her for a while so this was fun.
4. Tree Hugger - Never thought I would draw her so this was definitely interesting! Also a disclaimer, please DO NOT use essential oils in place of medicine.
5. Flash Sentry EQG - think the only time I’ve ever drawn him is as a pony, funny enough. I went with his new design because we don’t see it too often.
6. Starlight EQG - Didn’t realize it until I went to color, but I chose kind of a weird angle for her as she doesn’t usually face that way. Her signature curl is usually only seen on the other side, so that’s why her hair looks more Farrah Fawcett-esque. Also took off her hat because it’s dumb and removed her eyeshadow because I can. I think if it’s not in the show it’s shouldn’t show up as her default EQG outfit, which is why I’m not a huge fan of those things.

Anyway, I had a lot of fun with this! Thought I might not finish it because I got my stylus wet and it wasn’t working, but I left it in rice overnight and it seemed to dry up and start working again. It also helped me practice sketching and finishing a drawing directly on the tablet rather than sketching on a sketchbook and scanning it in to finish it. Also sorry for my terrible handwriting.
