When Giant Ponies and Creatures Attack - Season 2 Episode 15 - Celestia and Luna! Defeat the Evil Royal Sisters!

Summary: Twilight Sparkle is in for the toughest challenge in her life! She has to fight against both Dark Princess Celestia and Dark Princess Luna, who are both giants, and must save the people and San Francisco from both evil giant alicorns without her friends.

Yesterday, Rarity fought Fleur-de-Lis in a showdown in Seville, Spain and got her back on the side of light again on her own. Afterwards, she returned to her own world. However, tonight, Twilight Sparkle has come back to the real world after training for a couple hours in Equestria. She is in San Francisco visiting a family, unaware what will happen next.

“Nice for you all to let me visit you.” Twilight Sparkle said, interacting with Hernandez family, which consists of Jessica, the mother, Manuel, the father, and their two children, Sarah, who’s 17 and Eva, who’s 15.

“No problem!” Manuel chuckles, shaking his hand with Twilight’s hoof nicely, showing friendship towards her. “We’ve heard some amazing stories about you like saving Equestria! and all that!”

“A whole bunch of people are really into that most important story that has happened in my life and people really looking forward into it! They care for me for how much I’ve been saving my friends and everyone.” Twilight Sparkle tells the family about all the times she has saved Equestria and also the real world inhabited by humans and other living species all around the planet.

Sarah, the brown-haired with long wavy hair dressed in a yellow tank top, asks Twilight Sparkle while holding a CD in her left hand, “Are you really the best heroine and strongest alicorn that everyone’s talking about? Come on, tell us!”

“I am the most powerful heroine, but not the strongest alicorn as I used to be.” Twilight replies, informing the family that she’s been overpowered following Princess Cadance being mind controlled few days ago. “Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon have turned Princess Celestia, Luna and Cadance evil and took away the good side in them forever. So, now, they’re currently villains forever. I can’t bring them back on my side anymore. It’s no use.”

The Hernandez family react with shocked expressions on their faces upon what they have been hearing from Twilight.

Jessica comforts a disappointed Twilight, telling her, “That’s so sad to hear from you. Although there’s nothing we can do at this time, we should let you know that you can’t give up on hope and freedom! It’s the most important thing you should ever learn!”

“Thanks for the heads up! I definitely will keep on saving you people from those evil alicorns in case any of them would arrive soon.” Twilight Sparkle promises to keep her study as the protector of the real world, where danger strikes upon her friends being mind controlled, turned evil and being cruel and destructive giants. “Celestia and Luna are definitely the ones I should watch out for.”

“Just don’t let your guard down either.” Eva told Twilight Sparkle.

“Don’t worry, I won’t. I have trained so hard lately in my own world, I’m more than enough to get payback against Celestia and Luna for what they’ve done. I will defeat them both and make sure they don’t win again!” Twilight Sparkle said before she waved goodbye to the family and closed the door.

Forty-two minutes, it was 9:21. Twilight Sparkle was outside sitting on a bench, looking at the moon up in the dark sky. She was still worried about the presence of Dark Celestia and Dark Luna.

“Fighting a giant evil Celestia in Shanghai, London and New York and a giant evil Luna in Boston and London sure has been one of the worst nightmares I had experienced.” Twilight Sparkle told herself while thinking through her thoughts about what happened in the past. “I lost to them once, in both New York and London, respectively, and I can’t let that happen again…!”

Twilight Sparkle lays on her side, figuring out how to make her plan whenever she sees Celestia and Luna scheming something that she has to know soon.

She has rested for some minutes. However, while resting silently to keep calm, a loud explosion occurred nearby where a building was destroyed. She soon woke up and see the residents fleeing and screaming for help when they knew it would be Dark Princess Celestia and Dark Princess Luna, which was like how Twilight predicted.

Dark Princess Celestia and Dark Princess Luna appear as giants, rampaging through the city of San Francisco. Everyone feared them both, knowing they are goddesses and deities who cannot be harmed. They trampled on anything in their path, such as buildings, vehicles and even random objects. They have fired their magic at several buildings in different paths, destroying a lot of stuff and killing anyone inside.

“Bow before the evil alicorns who appear very large and threatening, Celestia and Luna!” Dark Princess Celestia laughed evilly, suggesting the humans would do the simple thing and just bow down to her and her sister. “All humans must be erased forever!”

“Under the orders given to us by Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon, this city will be crushed underneath our hooves and none of you can be kept alive when we destroy this pathetic city and turn it into nothing!” Dark Princess Luna said, warning everyone that she and her sister will eradicate all humans living in the city they are in now, whether if they like it or not.

“Run for your lives, everybody! They’re killers! Cold blooded murders!” One man shouted, watching the two destructive, unstoppable evil alicorn giants walk their way through the streets and destroy everything they see.

Celestia and Luna’s dark red eyes are more than enough to scare the citizens more easily. Anyone who stared directly at them began running for their lives.

“Another stampede. What a bunch of shameless fools they are.” Dark Princess Luna told her sister with a smug smirk, seeing the helpless tinies doing nothing except running away from them, which they should be doing. “Such a lovely city… just being invaded by two evil giant alicorns!”

“They can hide, they can run, it won’t work on us, unfortunately.” Dark Princess Celestia said, considering the tinies absolutely terrified of them. “Let’s give them a head start.”

Dark Princess Celestia and Dark Princess Luna, standing still, allowed the tinies to keep running before they wipe them all out in a single blow! Several tinies have tried looking for some place to hide, others running and jumping on vehicles.

The countdown began with Dark Princess Celestia saying, “Ten, nine, eight, seven, six…”

“Five, four, three…” Dark Princess Luna said finishing off the countdown where her sister left off.

Twilight Sparkle then noticed both evil giant alicorns activating their magic, which was the color red to match their eyes, along with their cruel and evil personality. The two were about to fire their magic and Twilight knew she had to do something before it was too late. She teleported before they could open fire.

“Two, one!” Dark Princess Celestia and Dark Princess Luna fired their magic at the right time, striking down every single human who got caught in the blast.

“Don’t worry, honey! I got you safe with me in my hands!” A man said, keeping his girlfriend right next to him as the destruction was growing more and more powerful as it kept on coming straightforward. “This is like madness, big fireworks going on! It’s an inferno!”

The two evil royal sisters laugh evilly and their deep voices echo through the city. They watch the buildings burning right through their eyes, seeing the poor innocent people dying.

Dark Princess Luna looks directly at her older sister with an evil grin on her face, telling her, “Too bad for these worthless insects because they can never defy the alicorns, the most powerful species on the planet. Even if we’re giant or regular sized, nothing can hurt us. We’re much more difficult to be defeated.”

Dark Celestia laughed and replied back as she took herself a moment looking at the moon near her and her sister, “Indeed you’re right, sister. There’ll be not one thing left of this city when we destroy it all. Goddesses like me and you, are untouchable! We live forever!”

“CELESTIA!!! LUNA!!!” Twilight Sparkle’s voice yelled from behind, who had survived their attack.

With Twilight standing in the evil alicorns’ way yet again, she was definitely furious and really wanted to get payback for what happened back in New York and London, for which the two have humiliated her and her friends in almost the same manner.

“Glad you came, Twilight, because Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon told us that you’d be fighting us both and now you’re in for the most toughest and bravest challenge yet.” Dark Princess Celestia reminds Twilight that it is a battle unlike any other and with no other pony around besides her, Twilight and Dark Princess Luna, it was not going to be pretty for Twilight Sparkle at all.

“It’s a life or death battle. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide! Me and my sister will make sure you are dead in the very end after tonight!” Dark Princess Luna said, promising the alicorn heroine that tonight will be the last time she will interfere with her and Celestia’s plans.

“You know I’m not giving up this time!” Twilight stood up against the two evil giant alicorn, who were more than confident enough to prove that she can’t defeat either one of them, or even both. “I’ve trained hard in my universe, and this has led up to me challenging you alicorns for another match! And yes, I lost to you both once each, but this time will be different. I will not fail!”

“Do you really think that I’m supposed to be fooled by these pathetic, selfish lies from you?” Dark Princess Luna asked, seeing that Twilight Sparkle must be joking. “You might be an alicorn as well, but you aren’t clearly a goddess like us because you were a unicorn from the very start. Yes, that’s right. Only ponies who were born as alicorns and have remained one the whole time are truly goddesses and deities, and thus they have full immortality.”

Adding things from what Dark Luna said, Dark Celestia explained it further for Twilight Sparkle, stating, “Cadance also wasn’t born an alicorn from the start either, but she became one later on at an early age. Even still, as a grown mare, she remains an alicorn. She wasn’t fully granted the wishes of full immortality until we, Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon had her on our side permanently.

Twilight Sparkle, fed up hearing all the drama the two evil and cruel giant alicorns kept bringing up, charged directly at both giants with full speed ahead, but Dark Luna stopped her with her magic, with Dark Celestia kicking her down with one powerful hoof.

“Give up. You know there’s no use in defeating me and my sister!” Dark Princess Celestia suggests that Twilight surrenders now, otherwise, her death wish will be accepted the hard way.

“If you two believe I’m letting you both destroy San Francisco, I won’t let it happen!” Twilight Sparkle refused to allow Dark Princess Celestia and Dark Princess Luna wiping out everything in the city, including the citizens, buildings and the rest. “The fight’s between me and the both of you! If you want me to fight seriously, I’ll play along with your little game!”

Seeing that Twilight has such potential and strength to stay on task with what they are scheming, the evil giant alicorns have no choice except to fight her and destroy her afterwards.

“That’s the spirit.” Dark Princess Luna said, getting ready for battle against Twilight Sparkle.

“Let’s make this quick for her, little sister. Tonight, the victory will be ours once again! Twilight will kneel before us and admit she’s the weakest alicorn out of the six!” Dark Princess Celestia declared another battle against Twilight Sparkle.

“I have to stay on my guard and not have those evil princesses two defeat me like how it happened before twice!” Twilight Sparkle told herself, promising not to be beaten again.

As Dark Princess Luna and Dark Princess Celestia activate their magic, filled with darkness, Twilight flies upwards right before the two fired their magic and they chase her in the air, flying right behind her tail.

“It’s now or never…” Twilight Sparkle said, briefly looking back at the alicorn giants catching up on her, due to them being bigger and more powerful than her.

“This will be over for you soon, Princess Twilight Sparkle!” Dark Princess Luna shouted, firing another magic beam attack at Twilight Sparkle as they still fly through the dark sky where the moon was shown. Her attack missed since her enemy has dodged it again.

Upon realizing that Celestia and Luna are still getting closer towards her by flapping their wings really hard, Twilight Sparkle has teleported herself out the way before they could lay a hit on her.

The two giant alicorns come to a halt when they notice Twilight Sparkle disappearing so quick.

“Where did she just go?” Dark Celestia asked her sister, wondering where Twilight has gone off to without them even noticing at all.

“If she really thinks I’m falling for this trickery of hers, she must be mistaken!” Dark Celestia was not standing for these games Twilight was attempting to pull on her and her sister. “I won’t be fooled! That little alicorn shall not make a fool of us!”

“Behind you!” Twilight Sparkle shouted from behind unleashing a devastating magic beam attack towards both Celestia and Luna.

Both evil alicorns saw the beam coming their way, and quickly moved out the way in time.

“Nice try. You gotta do better than that if you really wanna defeat us that bad. We won’t be anywhere near defeat, not tonight! You cannot outsmart us tyrants!” Dark Celestia told Twilight Sparkle, letting her know that she will not be giving up anytime soon. “Sis, get her now!” She ordered Princess Luna to attack Twilight Sparkle immediately.

“Right.” Dark Princess Luna replies before charging at Twilight Sparkle at full power, striking her down with one powerful kick, sending Twilight Sparkle straight to the ground.

Twilight Sparkle, however, recovered and regained control of herself before she hit the ground on the streets. She looked up in the air and see that Dark Celestia and Dark Luna still weren’t finished with her. They then planned on attacking from above.

And so, the two giant evil alicorns fired their magic, hoping they hit Twilight Sparkle with several shots.

Flying and doing everything she can in avoiding another humiliating defeat, Twilight flaps her wings as hard as she could, helping her get away from the incoming magic blasts. Multiple buildings and vehicles have been destroyed or damaged as she blasts came down. Even though Twilight knew that she had to do something, she knew in her brain that she must do it or else her life may be over.

Twilight teleports herself somewhere where she isn’t caught in the way of Celestia and Luna’s magic beam attacks. She hid herself behind a building still standing and remained there until it was over.

Dark Celestia and Dark Luna stop firing several blasts and then came down to see if they have actually killed Twilight for good. “They stand on the streets, looking and see where Twilight Sparkle was hiding, unaware that they might not be able to find her.

“Do you think we got her? Did you hear any yells or anything like that?” Dark Princess Celestia asked, facing the left whereas her sister was facing the right while searching for the pony they are after.

“I heard not a single yell from her.” Dark Princess Luna replies with an unsure expression.

“That means we didn’t get her.” Dark Princess Celestia said, having herself looking upset that they didn’t actually destroy Twilight Sparkle in time because Twilight has tricked them. “When I say we kill her, we just kill her, simple as that. It makes us look bad when we don’t eliminate Twilight Sparkle just like how we said it should be done from the beginning. How is she this smart?”

“Pretty sure that Twilight can’t be hiding forever. We still have to find that low-class alicorn whether if she’s still hiding or not.” Dark Princess Luna suggests they still continue tracking down the purple alicorn and get rid of her for good this time.

Coming to an agreement, Celestia and Luna stomp their way through the streets and crush anything underneath their hooves and make sure they find Twilight. And speaking of it, Twilight Sparkle is hiding behind the TransAmerica Pyramid building and see Celestia and Luna walking away. With the signal clear, she sneaks herself and hide behind another building for safety.

“Everyone, please share your energy with me…!” Twilight Sparkle needed every human living to give her as much strength as possible in order to take down both Celestia and Luna.

The survivors gave Twilight Sparkle lots of energy, yet it was enough to make her feel more powerful and grow stronger. With all the energy she has received, Twilight is seeing a taste of power that is at the maximum level and she decides to stop the evil giant alicorns once and for all.

Dark Celestia and Dark Luna both walk through the streets and keep seeing where Twilight was. Celestia fired her magic at a few buildings on her right and Luna destroyed buildings from her left.

“Come out! Come out right now!” Dark Princess Celestia yelled in anger, demanding for Twilight Sparkle to show herself, feeling nowhere in the mood for the latter’s foolish little games of hide-and-seek. “Me and my sister will blow this whole city away if you don’t get yourself outta here and show yourself!”

“YOU CAN’T HIDE FROM THE EVIL ALICORNS!!!” Dark Princess Luna used her traditional royal Canterlot voice, leaving a huge echo spreading across the whole city.

“She is so dead when we get our hooves on her! I promise her that!” Dark Princess Celestia promises Twilight Sparkle that tonight will be the last time she will ever live once she finally captures her and then annihilate her in the end.

Left with frustration inside the both of them, Dark Princess Celestia and Dark Princess Luna continue unleashing multiple magic blasts at destroy even more buildings, wiping out even more humans and the massacre has gotten even more higher. Unbeknownst to them, Twilight used her magic and hit Dark Princess Luna with it, causing her to shrink.

Witnessing what has just happened right before her, this left Dark Princess Celestia really angry, staring at Twilight Sparkle with pure hatred.

“How dare you shrink my sister like that?!” Celestia yelled as she got really fed up with Twilight and this time she would really fill up her magic and end Twilight Sparkle permanently. “You’ve done it too far and now, I’ll kill you! I’ll be the one to take you down!”

Dark Princess Celestia activated her magic and increased at maximum power.

“Come and get me then!” Twilight ordered Dark Celestia to try and get rid of her with one single blow. “I got something for you once I’m done with this massacre you and Luna have caused!”

With her magic fully charged up, Dark Princess Celestia has unleashed her magic, aiming directly at Twilight Sparkle in an effort to kill her. Right before it could hit Twilight, though, the latter teleported herself out the way and make sure that she shrank the other giant evil alicorn, just like in the same way she did with Luna.

“I’ve got you now!” Twilight Sparkle unleashed her shrinking spell against Dark Princess Celestia, which successfully worked and the latter began reverting to her normal size.

Now that both Dark Celestia and Dark Luna are regular-sized ponies, Twilight knows what must be done and she must be finish them both before they could do it. Already seeing the power within her more stronger than before, she must hurry up and defeat the two alicorns who stand before her.

The evil alicorns snarl at the purple alicorn, now even more angry following them being back to regular size ponies again. And now, they decide to work together and defeat Twilight.

“Let’s work together and finish her off! I’m done with her!” Dark Princess Celestia suggests she and Dark Princess Luna stay by each other’s side and charge at Twilight Sparkle at the same time.

Both ponies charge at Twilight and prepare for double hit, but Twilight Sparkle jumps out the way before they could even land the first hit. Next, Twilight Sparkle fires her magic at Princess Luna, hitting her in the back. But Twilight wasn’t done just yet, she still unleashed several kicks and finished it off with a single punch, leaving Dark Princess Luna unstable.

Dark Princess Celestia reacted in anger over what she just saw before yet again, and fly up in the air and chase after Twilight Sparkle. She attempted to hit her, but unfortunately, she missed as Twilight Sparkle dodged her punch.

Twilight Sparkle grabs Dark Princess Celestia with her hooves and hugs her tight, refusing to let go.

“What? Get off of me right now!” Dark Princess Celestia demanded Twilight to release her.

“Sorry, but I’m not letting you hurt these people anymore, Princess Celestia…!” Twilight Sparkle said, unable to let go and make sure she could stop her mind control teach from destroying San Francisco any further. “I may not be able to bring you back on the good side, but I still have a way to defeat you!”

Keeping the words for herself, Twilight spins all the way down while holding Dark Princess Celestia in her hooves. Once they reached the midair point, she threw the latter to the ground, causing her to hurt her back a little.

Not even tired for one bit, Dark Princess Luna and Dark Princess Celestia kept on going at it with Twilight Sparkle, standing themselves and kill Twilight, no matter what.

Nevertheless, Twilight Sparkle only warns the two evil alicorns, saying, “You two should know you’re in pain, and you still have fightback within you both, I see. Alright, time for this little charade to end. It all ends right now! I will defeat you!”

Both evil alicorns charge at Twilight Sparkle at the same time twice, but Twilight struck them down with two hooves one at a time. They soon fell on the ground and they couldn’t even get up.

“Finally, I defeated them both. I didn’t know how I did it, seems like my training worked with the help from my friends. back in Equestria.” Twilight Sparkle tells herself with a calm expression, seeing that her hard work has resulted in her being victorious against the two evil alicorns. “Thank god it’s over… Rarity, Pinkie, Applejack, Rainbow, Fluttershy… I won and I defeated the two evil alicorns on my own!”

Now that Twilight Sparkle has finally see things back to being calm, she waves goodbye to the citizens before returning to her own world and celebrate her victory.

Shortly after Twilight has left, Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon arrive to the scene where they see their fellow alicorn friends, Celestia and Luna, defeated. They decide to check in on them and make sure they are still alive.

“Celestia, what happened?” Nightmare Moon asks Dark Princess Celestia what the situation was about as she helps the latter get back on all four hooves.

“It was Twilight Sparkle. She has trained so hard that she was able to defeat me and Luna so bad, and now we lost!” Dark Princess Celestia explained to Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon, letting them know that her fight with Twilight resulted in her losing in the end. “And since she’s gone, she got away with it!”

“Let’s find her now!” Dark Princess Luna suggest she and the other three evil alicorns capture Twilight Sparkle.

However, Daybreaker comforts Dark Luna, saying, “No. It’s better that we let it go for now. We’ll let you and Celestia deal with Twilight another time. You may have lost to her this time, but once you and Celestia train with me and Nightmare Moon for a month, you both will have the upper hoof on her once again. I’m sure of it. Sister, we gotta head back to the base.”

“Yes, Daybreaker.” Nightmare Moon responds with a positive attitude.

Nightmare Moon places Dark Princess Luna onto her back and Daybreaker places Dark Princess Celestia on her back and help them recover full strength and energy. They leave through a portal Daybreaker has created and they leave San Francisco for the rest of the night.

Though Twilight Sparkle was finally happy she won, she will realize that the next time she enters the real world, things may be different.
