Dizzy Doo (OC) and Derpy Hooves playing around with some (to us) antique phones, pretending to be calling each other and prank calling others.
Fix some of the sizing issues in post. Dizzy still looks a little bigger, but they are much closer now.
Anyway, who is Dizzy Doo?
First seen here, and them expanded upon here, she is Derpy’s half-sister who works as a maid for a Cheese Baron.
Here cutie mark is that of a wheel flying out of an explosion, signifying her love of Demolition Derbies. She likes to talk with Derpy over the phone and sweaters.
She also has issues with holding things with her hooves, thus the added support on her handset.
