((I think the ask here was in response to after The Mean 6 when the evil/mean versions of the Mane 6 were kind of darkly melted before being turned back into branches by the Tree of Harmony.
 
On a side note, I’ve done a melting thing with Genie Twilight before. Though I will admit I sort of overdid it with the liquify tool (Fun Fact BTW, the Liquify tool is also how I do the genie tails and/or how the sprites are made to look like they’re getting sucked into the bottles in Genie simulations/genifications. So it’s always been one of my most vital photoshop tools) back then. Used this ask to see if I could at least make one frame that looks better. And even managed to get some of the goo pony transparency this time. I think I tried to do that last time but the background did not make it easy to spot so it still looked like Twilight was melting in her usual look))
