Hello everyone,

okay, this picture took me waaaayy too long, seriously XD What was actually planned to be a simple sketch and practice for human-like proportions and anatomy turned out to be one of the most annoying and time consuming “sketches” I ever made XD

Okay, that sounded a little too harsh, I have to admit. Still: I lost track of the time when I worked on it over a few days, some people even saw me sketch an apple here and there and they can proove it.

Nevertheless, what you see here is a reference to the movie poster of “American Beauty” re-enacted by Sugar Belle because of her love for apples and (especially) Big Macintosh^^ I think he would just LOVE seeing this :D She is laying in a huge bed made out of apples and apple leaves, perfectly for her lover, enjoying it herself. Just her natural beauty^^

In the end, all the time and work was worth it, I am super glad how this picture turned out, especially Sugar Belle herself and her proportions and I think it is one of my favourite black and white pieces^^
It’s on an A5 sheet of paper and some things are hidden in it between all the apples. can you find them all?

Counting and guessing numbers say, that around 300 to 450 apples are in this pic. What the….

Well, the one, who encouraged me to draw this AND who did the counting here for some apples was my beloved snoopystallion ^^ Thank you again, for it :huggle:

A little fun fact beside that: During the process, this piece had the lovely name: APPULZ
