I very much doubt it. No one could be naive enough to believe that all of the fandom’s artists would want to host their content here. The fandom has been permanently divided, and we’re just going to have live with that fact.

We’ve never had a site that could host literally all of the fandom’s art, and now we definitely never will. It’s inevitable that some artists won’t want to have their art hosted here, but at least this place isn’t censor-happy like Derpi has become.

Ah damn, so this site is being populated by people angry about the artist exodus on Derpibooru, huh? Well in any case, it must be noted that many of the artists who left were people who didn’t want their art hosted somewhere they couldn’t control in the first place. People who didn’t want to be part of a pony image archive in the first place aren’t going to make their own Booru.

This site is hosted in the United States, whose constitution guarantees the right to free speech. There’s no reason why this site would go down anytime soon.

As stated before, I don’t give a fuck if people think I am troublesome. I’m not about to self police my speech and clamp down on my own speech to please people who are against freedom. Throwing away your freedom to own the pro censorship people makes no sense.

I’m gonna shittalk whoever the fuck I want to shittalk. This isn’t derpibooru so I’m not about to mince words when referring to the types of people that made moving to a new site a thing.

Let’s see, how long this site stay alive.

But then again, this is all will just end up as an internet arguments, win or loose for internet points, while slacking on the couch behind the screens. No one’s gonna do anything to change the world. Even if in the end we have to be divided, I still hope this cold war ends asap.

Once again, this is the Atlantic and wootmaster’s fault.

I think it’s a simple matter. The biggest problem was Twitter users expected to get away with apartheid. Perhaps you could call it Twitter colonialism, or Tumblr-refugee imperialism. Many who didn’t even use the site, or stopped using it long ago, expected their imperial voices to dictate how it should be ran today, shouting from an Ivory Tower at a great distance.
 
This place will not fall for such tricks. Be vigilant to never dishonor the men who died to make The Bill of Rights real. Life is precious, do not waste it being dragged into the Möbius strip of politics, or you’ll wake up one day grey and wondering what the fuck happened. Stand for liberty, even if that means giving “both sides” the finger. In reality both are amorphous blobs ever changing, tentacles of the same creature, and I don’t care to keep track of what definition one happens to be going by today.

I’m sad and disappointed that our fandom has to be divided into sides. I’m in the fandom bcs I love the show, but now it’s a political shithole filled with entitled ppl. Not even gonna say who’s right or wrong, I’m just terribly saddened.
