Yes, I’m still good with compiling. XD
No, you don’t need to step down or whatever. You do need to calm down and stop looking at this in some sort of perpetual corporate scheduling timeline shenanigans though. If it takes a month for the background, then so be it. If it takes 3 months, then that is fine too. Trying to force any sort of deadline on anything at all just should not be done right now. I don’t mind if it takes the better part of a year… but I am also super patient. Also… when you pose a question for something, you have to give much more then a single day or less for people to agree or disagree with it or to pose questions of their own about it. I will most likely reply to stuff when I see it… but I might only see that there is a question once or twice a day. So if I miss that unspoken timeframe you set for yourself and you just go ahead with something on your own, then no discussions were made. That lack of a reply doesn’t immediately mean people agree after all. :)

If ya peek at the other forum for my post there I mentioned some stuff for everyone. Hopefully we can all work out stuff through that path for both transparency on this whole thing and discussions involving it.
As for both of ya, don’t worry and don’t stress about any sort of timeframes here. Also don’t look at some delays as some sort of dire make or break scenario for this. It doesn’t matter if it’s delayed in any aspect at all here. But juggling timeframes all over the place, submission start times, or other matters really shouldn’t be done. If people want to start submitting now, then they can. Saying otherwise is very confusing to people. Even I’m a bit confused about some of this back and forth with you two and I’m supposed to be somewhat apart of it. Don’t stress to people about the theme chosen in general. If anyone wants to submit anything that falls into our current rules then they can. If they want to dress their character as something entirely unrelated to the theme then they can if they want…. there should be no limits or expectations on that at all. Throwing around too many rules for things can often be worse then not having enough rules in the first place. Some people might have even shied away from this a bit due to volatility of the rules as they stand as well. Trying to word your posts as vaguely corporate or business-like or otherwise a bit too wordy (coming from me as I usually talk in paragraphs XD) might be counterproductive to what we want here…. which is for everyone that wants to participate, should freely be able to participate. Talk of proposed plans, putting the project to sleep, freezing submissions, and deadlines isn’t really the type of wording that should be used for what was supposed to be a simple community fan project.
Overall we just need to stay calm about this whole thing. While my part doesn’t really come in until at the end of this thing, Twi’s should mostly just be compiling the information and Feather’s is just background details and assets. If questions and concerns are brought up either by one of us or by another user, then we should all address it and not try to rush to provide an answer unless it’s either something previously brought up or something simple.
Anything pertaining to limits should mainly be between Feather and myself as he’s getting the background design laid out and I will be the one sorting everything into place on the final piece. While I don’t care how many or few submissions we get at all, Feather might have only so much space we could work with on the final background design so some limits on his part should be considered. But, keep in mind, characters can be easily resized for the most part and I will try to even out all of their heights before I start laying them out.
Stuff pertain to rule wordings can be more on Twi. But we can all chime in on that to be sure it’s clear for everyone and in plain text.
I will still deal with the end composition and any questions relating to it. Such as people who want or don’t want certain characters next to each other. Or a specific area someone wants their character at. That sort of thing.
