She throws the bedding back up and then climbs up after it. She drags the mattress as softly as she can over to the orb and plants herself atop it. Mulberry doesn’t want to give any reason for the guards to think they are here. It might give her a few seconds to think while they search for her.
The mare lays down, but quickly springs to her feet. She gathers some of the pots and pans, cups, utensils…Anything that would make a lot of noise if dropped. She groggily regains consciousness the next day around dawn, and her situation coming back to her she sits up and looks around. She checks her clock and it says it’s 6AM. She is still right next to the orb. She walks around, and as far as she can tell no one has been in the apartment during the night. She touches the orb, and the two dots haven’t moved from the front of Antoine’s apartment. Interestingly, the dots that were near the ocean last night are up at the fishery now. Hmm, odd.
The mare carefully trots over to the window, and sees the two guards still standing there.
